Lamb Ingredients
7-8 Bone Lamb Rack
2 tbsp EVOO
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh Rosemary
1 tbsp Rosemary Oil
1 tbsp fresh Thyme
½ cup Panko (Available in the Asian Section most Grocery stores)
- Preheat oven 350
- Before we start bruise some rosemary and place in heated seasoned EVOO pull and let cool
- (Chef Hack) Taking the chill off or room temp all proteins for the exception of Poultry will produce juicer and evenly cooked proteins, Season lamb with Evoo S&P and sear
- Once Seared let cool until you can manage it rub the lamb with honey and mustard let sit
- Cut herbs then mix with panko, and toss with rosemary oil
- One more time with Honey and dijon mustard then curst with Herbed Panko mix
- Cook in 350 Oven for 15 min 5 min if you’d like it rear
Garlic Dill Potatoes
5 each small Red Potatoes ¼ in salted water
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp Rosemary Oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
½ tbsp butter
- Steam ¼ Potatoes for 7 minutes high steam then cool in the fridge for 5-10 min
- Once cooled toss in a bowl with minced garlic and rosemary oil, black pepper
- Place in 350 ovens for 20 minutes, It may vary depending on your oven
- When put of oven toss with fresh dill and butter
Bok Choy & Alii Mushrooms
1 large Bok Choy or 2 Small ones
1 Alii Mushrooms or anything available Crimini or White mushrooms
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp EVOO
S&P to taste
- Saute mushrooms with EVOO until brown
- Add bok choy finish with garlic season to taste
